Property Management Analytics

If you have the Property Management service activated on Raghdan, you'll find an additional section in the analytics dashboard showing comprehensive statistics about your properties.

What the Property Management Section Shows

• Number of properties, units, and occupancy rate
• Number of tenants and active contracts
• Expected monthly rent and collection rate
• Financial summary: revenue, expenses, and net profit
• Maintenance statistics: open and completed requests and costs
• Expiring contracts and overdue payments
• Smart alerts to help you manage your properties

When Does This Section Appear?

This section appears only if the Property Management service is activated in your account.

How to Activate Property Management

Step 1

Go to the "Amlak" section in the main menu

Step 2

Follow the activation steps and choose your account type (individual, office, or company)

Step 3

After activation, property management analytics will automatically appear in your analytics dashboard

Financial Sections

• Total Revenue: Sum of all received amounts from rents and services
• Total Expenses: Sum of all costs (maintenance, services, fees)
• Net Profit: Difference between revenue and expenses

• All amounts are in Saudi Riyals
• Data updates on each visit to the analytics dashboard
