Wallet and Balance

"My Wallet" or "My Balance" Command

Type "محفظتي" (My Wallet) or "رصيدي" (My Balance) to view wallet details.

Information Displayed

• Current balance — Your available balance in SAR
• Recent transactions — Last 5 financial transactions (deposit, withdrawal, payment)
• Transaction details — Type, amount, date, and status

Charging Wallet

Method 1: Charge with Specific Amount

Type "شحن" (Charge) followed by the amount:

• "شحن 100" — Charge 100 SAR
• "شحن 500" — Charge 500 SAR

Method 2: Charge Without Specifying Amount

Type "شحن" only and the bot will ask you to enter the amount.

Charging Limits

• Minimum: 10 SAR
• Maximum: 50,000 SAR

Payment Method

The bot will generate a secure payment link supporting:

• Mada
• Visa and Mastercard
• Apple Pay
• STC Pay

Payment link validity: 30 minutes

Payment via WhatsApp

"Pay" Command

Type "ادفع" (Pay) followed by the amount (e.g., "ادفع 300").

Payment Options

Property Management (Amlak)

"Amlak" Command

Type "أملاك" (Amlak) or "property management" to access the property management system.

What It Shows

If you have an active property management subscription, it shows:

• Properties count — registered in the system
• Units count — apartments, shops, etc.
• Active contracts — number of active contracts
• Maintenance requests — new and in-progress requests
• Overdue installments — count and total of overdue payments
• Dashboard link — direct link to the management system on the website

Note

If you don't have a property management subscription, the bot shows an introductory message about the system and how to activate it.

Important Notes

• All these commands require a registered and linked account
• After payment, you'll receive an automatic confirmation via WhatsApp
• You can review all transactions from the website or app as well
