Opening a Support Ticket
"Support" or "Ticket" Command
Type "دعم" (Support) or "تذكرة" (Ticket) or "شكوى" (Complaint) to open a new support ticket.
Steps to Open a Ticket
Step 1: Send the Command
Type "دعم" in the bot conversation.
Step 2: Describe Your Issue
The bot will ask you to describe your problem. Write a clear description or send it as a voice message.
Step 3: Ticket Created
The bot will create a support ticket with a unique number (e.g., TKT-WA123456) and share the number with you.
Ticket Follow-up
- Tickets are automatically assigned medium priority
- You can track ticket status from the website or app
- You'll receive notifications when the ticket status is updated

This service is available only for registered users. If not registered, the bot will ask you to register first.
