The real estate draft is a tool for marketers that allows you to record offers and requests directly via WhatsApp.

"Draft" Command

Type "مسودة" (Draft) to view a menu including:

• Number of recorded offers
• Number of recorded requests
• Management options

Adding a New Offer

How to Start Adding an Offer

Type "إضافة عرض" (Add Offer) to start recording a new property offer.

Steps to Add an Offer (9 steps)

1. 1
   Location — Send your location via WhatsApp (press + → Location)
2. 2
   Property type — Choose from the list (villa, apartment, land, building, etc.)
3. 3
   Deed number — Enter the deed number (or type "skip")
4. 4
   Area — Area in square meters
5. 5
   Price — Asking price in SAR
6. 6
   Rooms — Number of rooms (or "skip" if not applicable)
7. 7
   Owner name — Owner's full name
8. 8
   Owner phone — Phone number (e.g., 0555555555)
9. 9
   Notes — Any additional notes (or "skip")

About Location

You can send location from WhatsApp:

• Press the clip icon (+) at the bottom of the chat
• Choose "Location"
• Select the location on the map
• Press "Send"

How to Start Adding a Request

Type "إضافة طلب" (Add Request) to start recording a property request.

Steps to Add a Request (6 steps)

   Location — Send location via WhatsApp

   Property type — Choose the required type
3. 3
   Minimum budget — Minimum price in SAR
4. 4
   Maximum budget — Maximum price in SAR
5. 5
   Client name — Requesting client's name
6. 6
   Client phone — Client's phone number

Viewing Offers and Requests

• Type "عروضي" (My Offers) to view recorded offers
• Type "طلباتي" (My Requests) to view recorded requests
• Type "المزيد من العروض" or "المزيد من الطلبات" to browse more

Canceling

Type "إلغاء" (Cancel) at any step to cancel the process and return to the menu.

Important Notes

• You can send answers as text or voice messages
• This feature is only available for registered real estate marketers
• Offers and requests are saved to your account and can be reviewed from the website too
