Is live streaming free?
Yes, the live streaming feature is available to all users for free.
Do I need to be a real estate marketer to use live streaming?
No, live streaming is available to everyone, not just real estate marketers.
Why can't I link Instagram?
Instagram requires a Professional account (Business or Creator). If your account is personal, switch it to Professional first from Instagram settings.
Why can't I stream on TikTok?
TikTok requires at least 1,000 followers and TikTok's approval for the live streaming feature. If you haven't received approval, you won't find the "Cast to PC" option.
Can I stream to all platforms at the same time?
Yes! This is the core feature — you select the platforms you want and broadcast to all of them simultaneously.
The Instagram stream key changes every time, what should I do?
This is normal — Instagram issues a new stream key for each session. Before each broadcast, go to instagram.com → Create → Live Video and copy the new key.
What internet speed is required?
At least 10 Mbps upload speed is recommended. The higher the speed, the better the stream quality.
Can I stream from my phone?
Currently, streaming is available from the computer (web browser). We are working on adding mobile streaming soon.
