What Is the Rewards Points System?

The rewards points system is a rewards program within Raghdan platform that allows you to earn points by referring new people to the platform. Points are automatically converted to real balance in your wallet.

The formula is simple:

• Every 100 points = SAR 500
• Once you reach 100 points, SAR 500 is automatically transferred to your wallet balance

How Do I Earn Points?

You earn one point for each person who registers through your link and activates Nafath. The steps:

   Share your referral link with friends — You'll find your personal referral link on the "My Rewards" page in your dashboard. You can copy or share the link directly. The link format is: `https://raghdan.sa/?ref=XXXXXXXX`

   When they register using your link — The person clicks your link and creates a new account on Raghdan

   Earn one point when they activate Nafath — Once the person activates Nafath national verification, you automatically receive one point

Referral Link and Referral Code

On the My Rewards page you'll find:

• Your referral link — A full link you can copy and share via WhatsApp, Twitter, or any platform
• Your referral code — A short code (e.g., RAGZKPCA) that people can enter during registration
• Copy button — To easily copy the link or code
• Share button — To share the link directly

Tracking Points and Referrals

On the same page you'll find:

• Balance — Accumulated amount from points (transfers to wallet upon reaching SAR 500)
• Points — Current number of points
• Active Referrals — Number of people who registered through you and activated Nafath
• Pending — Number of people who registered but haven't activated Nafath yet
• Completed — Number of completed referrals
• Referrals List — Detailed table of all people who registered through you with each person's status

When Does the Balance Transfer to Wallet?

When you collect 100 points (meaning 100 people registered and activated Nafath through you), SAR 500 is automatically transferred to your wallet balance. After that, you start collecting new points from zero.

The wallet balance can be:

• Used to purchase platform services
• Withdrawn to your bank account
• Donated through Ehsan platform

Tips to Increase Points

• Share your link with real estate colleagues
• Post it in real estate WhatsApp groups
• Put it on your social media accounts
• Send it to clients interested in the real estate market

Important Notes

• Points are only counted upon Nafath activation — registration alone is not enough.
• Wallet transfer happens automatically upon reaching 100 points.
• You can track each referral's status from the referrals list.
• There is no maximum limit on points you can collect.

Common Issues

• Point wasn't counted: Make sure the person registered through your link and activated Nafath.
• Balance didn't transfer to wallet: Transfer happens at 100 points — check your current point count.
• Referral link doesn't work: Copy the link from the My Rewards page and ensure it's copied completely.
