What Is the Social Media Linking Feature?

This feature is exclusive to real estate marketers — it allows you to link your personal social media accounts with Raghdan, so your property listings are automatically posted to your accounts as soon as you publish them on the platform.

When you link your accounts, your properties are published in two places:

• Your personal account — directly on your account on the platform
• Raghdan's official account — dual reach to the maximum number of viewers

Supported Platforms

You can link 4 platforms:

1. TikTok

• When linked, a "Connected" status appears with your account name and link date
• Posting to TikTok is manual, not automatic — go to "Marketer Listings" from the dashboard, and next to each listing you'll find a dedicated TikTok button
• When you press it, the property images are converted to a professional video automatically using AI
• You choose publishing settings (private or public, comments, etc.)
• Then press "Publish" — the video is posted to your TikTok account

2. Instagram

• When linked, your property listings are automatically posted to your Instagram account
• Every new listing you publish on Raghdan is posted with images and details

3. Facebook

• When linked, your property listings are automatically posted to your Facebook page
• Same mechanism as Instagram — automatic posting without intervention

4. Twitter (X)

• When linked, your property listings are automatically posted to your Twitter account
• Same mechanism as Instagram and Facebook — automatic posting

How to Link

   Go to your profile from the dashboard

   Press the "Link Social Media" icon

   You'll see the "Link Your Social Accounts" page with the title "Post your properties automatically on all your platforms"

   Choose the platform you want to link (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter)

   Press "Link Account" — you'll be redirected to the login page of the selected platform

   Log in with your account and grant the required permissions

   After approval, you'll return to Raghdan and see a "Connected" status with your account name and link date

Unlinking

If you want to unlink any platform:

• Press the "Unlink" button (red button) below the linked platform
• The link will be removed immediately and no new listings will be posted to that platform

Difference Between Automatic and Manual Posting

TikTok Posting Features

TikTok is different from other platforms because it needs video not images. Therefore:

• The system converts property images to a short professional video automatically
• Adds beautiful effects and transitions
• Adds property information (price, location, specifications)
• You choose whether the video is public or private
• You choose whether to allow comments

Important Notes

• The social linking feature is available for real estate marketers only.
• Linking is done once — after that, posting is automatic (except TikTok).
• You can link one or more platforms as you wish.
• You can unlink and re-link at any time.
• Auto-posting includes all listings — both new and existing ones.

Common Issues

• Linking doesn't work: Make sure you're logged into the selected platform and granted the required permissions.
• Listing wasn't posted automatically: Make sure the platform is linked (status "Connected") and the listing is new.
• TikTok video not generating: Make sure the listing has enough images.
• I want to pause posting temporarily: Use "Unlink" then re-link later.
