How to verify your account?

Before you start

• Complete your profile information fully
• Prepare a copy of your national ID or commercial registry
• Prepare a copy of your real estate brokerage license (if applicable)

Steps

   Go to Account Settings - Click the profile icon then "Settings"

   Select "Verify Account" - You'll find this in the security settings section

   Upload national ID - Clear photo of both sides
4. 4
   Upload brokerage license - If you're a licensed broker
5. 5
   Add commercial registry number - If you're a real estate establishment
6. 6
   Click "Submit for Review" - Review takes 1-3 business days

Important notes

Common issues

• Request rejected: Check photo clarity and document validity, then resubmit
• No response received: If more than 5 business days have passed, contact support
