Why Is My Listing Not Showing?
Before You Start
- Make sure you're logged in with the account that owns the listing
- Open the "My Listings" page and check the listing status
Why Is My Listing Not Showing?
All listings on Raghdan platform are linked to the advertising license issued by REGA (Real Estate General Authority). If your listing is not showing, the reason is most likely related to your advertising license status or your REGA account.
Possible Reasons
1. Advertising License Has Expired
If the advertising license linked to the listing has expired, the listing will automatically stop appearing. You can check the license expiry date from your listings page on Raghdan or from the REGA platform.
2. Account Is Suspended
If your REGA account has been suspended for any reason, all your listings will stop appearing until the account is reactivated.
3. Restrictions on the Listing
REGA may impose restrictions on a specific listing due to a violation or data mismatch. In this case, you'll find the restriction details on your listing page.
4. Listing Is Hidden
You may have hidden the listing previously. Check the listing status on your listings page — if it's hidden, you can show it by pressing the show button (see the article "How to Hide a Listing?").
5. Listing Is Marked as Sold or Rented
If the listing has been marked as sold or rented, it will no longer appear to the public and this action cannot be undone.
Solution
- 1Open the "My Listings" page on Raghdan and check the listing status — you'll usually find the reason noted next to the listing (expired, suspended, hidden, restricted).
- 2If the reason is related to the license or account, go to the REGA platform and check the Advertising Licenses section to find out the details and resolve the issue.
- 3After resolving the issue on REGA, return to Raghdan and press the "Update Listing" button to refresh the data.
Important Notes
- Most reasons for a listing not appearing originate from REGA, not from Raghdan platform.
- Raghdan displays the listing status as received from REGA — if the issue persists for more than 48 hours after updating, contact support.
Common Issues
- Listing appears for me but not for others: Verify that the license is valid and the listing is not hidden.
- I renewed the license but the listing didn't come back: Press the "Update Listing" button on Raghdan and wait a few minutes.
- I don't know the reason: Open a support ticket from the "Contact Us" page and we'll help you identify the cause.
