How to Edit a Listing?

Before You Start

• You must have an active account on Raghdan platform
• You must have a published listing

Accessing Your Listings

To access your listings, tap on the "Marketer Listings" icon found in your profile page or the main menu.

After tapping the icon, you'll see a list of all your published listings.

Listing Control Buttons

When you open any of your listings, you'll find a button bar with several features:

Buttons explained in order:

   Update Listing — The large blue button: Updates the listing data from REGA (Real Estate General Authority) and fetches any changes you made to the advertising license.

   Add or Remove Photos & Video — Allows you to add new photos, remove old ones, or upload a video for the listing. This is the only modification that can be done directly within the platform.

   Discount Code — You can add a discount to the listed property price. This feature allows you to offer a reduced price to potential buyers or tenants.

   Hide Listing — You can temporarily hide the listing from search results without permanently deleting it. Useful if you want to pause the listing temporarily.

   Mark as Sold or Rented — When the deal is completed, you can stamp the listing as "Sold" or "Rented" so everyone knows the property is no longer available.

   Publish on TikTok — You can publish your listing directly to your TikTok account from within the platform.

Important Note: Why Can't I Edit Listing Details?

Core listing data (title, description, property type, location, price) cannot be edited from within Raghdan platform. This is because all listings are linked to the advertising license issued by REGA (Real Estate General Authority).

If you wish to modify any of these details:

   Log in to your account on the REGA platform

   Edit the required data in your advertising license
3. 3
   Return to Raghdan and press the "Update Listing" button — the new changes will be fetched automatically

What you CAN modify directly from Raghdan:

• Photos and video (add / remove)
• Add a discount code on the price
• Hide or show the listing
• Mark the property as sold or rented

Common Issues

• Update button not working: Make sure your advertising license is still valid on REGA.
• Changes don't appear after updating: Wait a few minutes and refresh the page, or make sure you saved the changes on REGA's platform first.
• Can't add photos: Make sure the image size doesn't exceed the allowed limit and the format is supported (JPG, PNG, WEBP).
