How to Verify Your Mobile Number?

Before You Start

• Make sure you have signed in or created a new account
• Make sure the registered mobile number is correct and active

Steps

Step 1: Receive the Verification Code

After signing in or creating a new account, a "Confirm Phone Number" window will appear. A 4-digit verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS.

Step 2: Enter the Verification Code

Enter the 4-digit code in the designated fields exactly as received in the text message. Verification will happen automatically after entering the code.

Step 3: Activation Complete

After entering the correct code, your mobile number will be verified and you will be directed to the platform. You can now start using all Raghdan services.

Important Notes

• The verification code is valid for a limited time — enter it as soon as you receive it
• If you entered a wrong mobile number, you can click "Change Number" to update it
• Mobile verification is required to publish listings and communicate with clients

Common Issues

• I didn't receive the code: Check your network signal and wait a few seconds. Click "Didn't receive the code?" to resend after the timer ends
• The code is incorrect: Make sure to enter the exact 4 digits as received in the message
• The number is used in another account: Contact technical support to resolve the issue
