How to Verify via Nafath?

Before You Start

• Make sure you are signed in to your Raghdan account
• Make sure the Nafath app is installed and activated on your phone
• Make sure you have your national ID number

Steps

Step 1: Click "Verify via Nafath"

After signing in, you will find a green "Verify via Nafath" button at the top of the page in the notification bar. Click it to start the verification process.

Step 2: Enter Your National ID Number

A "Verify via Nafath" window will appear. Enter your national ID number in the designated field, then click "Verify via Nafath".

Step 3: Confirm the Request in Nafath App

You will receive a notification on the Nafath app on your phone. Open the app and approve the verification request. After approval, your account will be automatically activated on Raghdan platform.

Important Notes

• Nafath verification is required only once — after activation, you won't need to repeat it
• Nafath is required for real estate brokers and marketers to publish listings
• Make sure the Nafath app is updated to the latest version

Common Issues

• I didn't receive a notification in Nafath app: Make sure notifications are enabled for the Nafath app and that it's updated
• National ID not accepted: Make sure to enter the correct national ID number (10 digits)
• Request expired: Try again by clicking "Verify via Nafath" once more
