How does the wallet work?

What is the wallet?

The wallet is the internal balance system in the Raghdan platform. It's used for:

• Purchasing services - Boosting listings, premium services
• Receiving rewards - Referral rewards and promotions
• Tracking transactions - Complete log of all transactions

Steps

   Go to "Wallet" - From the menu or profile

   View current balance - Shown at the top of the page
3. 3
   Top up wallet - Click "Top Up" and choose payment method
4. 4
   Track transactions - List of all transactions with dates

Important notes

Common issues

• Balance not showing after top-up: Wait a few minutes and reload the page
• Unexpected deduction: Check the transaction log to find the reason
