Acceptance of Terms: This agreement is effective between any user of the Raghdan site and app and Raghdan Real Estate Application Company (Raghdan). Your use of the Raghdan site and app means you agree to the terms of service outlined below. By using the Raghdan website or app, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms of service. If you do not agree with these terms of use, you are not allowed to enter or use the Raghdan site and app.

• Raghdan Real Estate Application Company (Raghdan) has the full authority to change, modify, add or remove any part of this agreement, in whole or in part, at any time. Any modification to this agreement shall be effective immediately.
• Raghdan may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Raghdan site and app at any time, including the availability of any database or content.
• Raghdan may impose conditions on accessing the Raghdan site and app or any part thereof, or limit certain content or services without prior notice or legal liability.
• Raghdan may monitor all content of the site and app, freely managing any information or materials sent to them or gathered during your use, and may disclose any information as permitted by law.
• By submitting requests, sending messages, files, entering data, adding properties, contacting real estate request providers, contacting real estate advertisers, companies, or engaging in any form of communication ("communications") (individual or group), you grant Raghdan full rights to use these communications, copy them, license them, adapt them, distribute them, disclose them, display them publicly, reproduce them, transmit them, modify them, edit them, and use them in any form of media now known or later developed.

When registering on the Raghdan site and app, you must register using your mobile number and real name and agree to provide accurate information. You are fully responsible for everything that happens to the account you own. Therefore, you agree to inform Raghdan management immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security measures.

The registration data and other information related to you fall under Raghdan's privacy policy. We assure you that your privacy is a top priority for us, and we will use that data appropriately. It will not be published or shared with any party except for the purpose of fulfilling your real estate requests or promoting your real estate offers, and publication will be limited to the purposes that Raghdan seeks to achieve.

Regarding your use of the Raghdan site and app, you undertake and guarantee not to act in any way that would harm Raghdan or Raghdan's customers. This includes but is not limited to:

• Providing false information when submitting your real estate request or if the request is not genuine.
• Marketing fictitious real estate units or marketing units that you are not authorized to market without the owner's permission or authorization.
• Making a malicious complaint against any user or giving an unfair rating to another user.
• Restricting or preventing any other user from using the site or app and benefiting from its contents.
• Submitting materials to the site or app that contain a computer virus or anything else harmful.
• Violating the law or containing a threat, aggression, insult, slander, obscene behavior, or conduct that is unethical or an attack or violation of morals and ethics.

Under this contract, you agree to indemnify Raghdan, defend it, and keep it free from harm, and everything that would result in liability and losses for the site and app and all those responsible for it, its managers, owners, agents, workers, news providers, branches, licensees, and those licensed in it. In general, the "parties to be compensated" are for all claims and losses that may befall it in connection with any claim arising from any breach by you of this agreement.

Raghdan commits to the fact that all its contents, information systems, functions, materials, and information provided on the site are offered "as is" according to the maximum extent permitted by law. Raghdan, nor any of its affiliates or branches, makes no representation or warranties of any kind relating to the content of Raghdan or any of the materials and information and functions usable by the information systems available on Raghdan.

This agreement represents a complete contract between you and Raghdan regarding your use of Raghdan. Any claim regarding any conduct related to your use of Raghdan must be raised within one month of filing your objection or the emergence of the cause of the mentioned conduct.

The Raghdan site and app contain links and references to other websites, resources worldwide, and links to official sponsors or advertisers. These links, which connect "Raghdan" and any other sites (and vice versa), managed by a third party, do not burden "Raghdan" or the third party with any responsibility.

All data that the user has added on the site is available for the user's personal, private, and commercial use, including, but not limited to, real estate request data and real estate units data displayed.

Raghdan has the right to prevent or cancel any user's access to the site or stop dealing with any person for any reason.

You can download, view, and print a copy of any content for Raghdan for your personal or commercial purposes that Raghdan seeks to achieve for you, subject to the laws and restrictions set forth in this agreement.

• The user is committed to paying Raghdan's financial rights when using any paid service according to the instructions that appear when using the service.
• The user of the Raghdan site and app is committed to the regulations specified for each service, whether paid or free.

Raghdan disclaims any and all warranties, including, but not limited to any warranties that may arise.

In the event of a dispute between the two parties regarding the implementation of this agreement, the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the city of Makkah shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
