Go to any property details page on Raghdan and click the 'Somtak 💰' button next to the price. Enter the amount you want to offer (the original price is shown for comparison). Choose whether to appear with your name or as an anonymous buyer. Click 'Submit Offer' and the seller receives an instant notification of your offer.

When you enable 'hide my personal data,' your offer appears to the seller as an offer from an 'anonymous buyer' with only the offer amount. The seller cannot see your name, phone number, or any personal information. This gives you the freedom to negotiate without awkwardness and with complete privacy.

The anonymous buyer's identity is only revealed after the seller accepts the offer. Upon acceptance, the buyer's name and phone number are shown to the seller so they can communicate directly via call or WhatsApp. If the seller rejects the offer, the buyer's identity remains hidden.

You cannot have more than one pending offer on the same property at the same time. You must wait for the seller's response (accept or reject) on your current offer before submitting a new one. This prevents spam and maintains offer seriousness.

The seller or marketer sees all incoming offers on their properties in a dedicated dashboard. Offers are categorized: all, new, accepted, rejected. Each offer shows the offer value, original price, and discount percentage. The seller can accept or reject each offer and contact the buyer after acceptance.

Once sent, the offer is under review by the seller. You can track your offer status from the sent offers dashboard in your account. If the seller hasn't responded yet, the offer remains pending until they accept or reject it.
